Before & After

For all of my listings, the starting point in my 18-point marketing system is making sure the home looks truly exceptional online.  This sounds obvious, but you might be surprised how often an otherwise beautiful home will be very poorly represented on the MLS.  So many listings on the MLS suffer from poorly-lit, blurry, or grainy images (and I can’t tell you how many photos of bathrooms I’ve seen where the agent is visible in the bathroom mirror, holding the camera).  Alternatively, some agents will hire out a professional photographer and bill the home seller for the expense.  When you enlist my services, there’s no extra cost involved with making your home look stunning in its photos, which in turn captures greater interest from buyers.

As a professional photographer, I’ve studied real estate photography extensively, and have invested in professional grade camera equipment, specially suited for interior photography.  Using a fairly new type of interior photography called HDR, or High Dynamic Range, I take multiple shots of each room from a variety of angles, then carefully analyze and select the best photos to use for my clients’ marketing materials.  I then use specially designed software for re-touching and enhancements as needed. 

For example, take a look at the photos below.  All of the "Before" photos are from recent clients' previous listings with other Realtors.  The "After" photos show the same rooms in the new listings I created after the clients called me.  See the difference?  Buyers did, too.  My professional-quality photos, coupled with detailed descriptions of the home’s best features, result in more attention from buyers, more showings for my listings, greater success for my clients.
