For most of us, our home is our largest financial asset.  And, it goes without saying that we tend to have a lot of memories and emotions attached to our homes.  For both of these reasons, considering whether or not to sell your home can be a big and sometimes overwhelming decision.   As a homeowner myself, I’ve been in my clients’ shoes as a buyer and a seller, so I know firsthand how much thought, preparation, time, and work is involved in the process.
