Brian is a full-time Realtor with Keller-Williams Realty, based in the firm's Green Hills office. Over the past eleven years, Brian has emerged as one of the area's leading real estate professionals, successfully building a business that serves clients throughout Middle Tennessee and its various communities. With a background in marketing and promotion, Brian brings those skills to his business, helping home sellers acheive their goals through placing primary focus on the strategic and effective marketing of his clients' listings. He also enjoys working with home buyers, and has helped buyer clients all around our region find the perfect home for their needs. Originally from Seattle, Brian has called Nashville home since 1998, and has strong ties to the surrounding community. He lives in Bellevue with his wife and three daughters, all of whom are actively involved in the community through sports, music, theatre, and school activities. In his spare time, he enjoys photography, studying Civil War history, and spending time outdoors with his family.

Red Cross Disaster Relief Volunteer. Volunteered for two months in Bellevue, Pegram, and Kingston Springs during the May 2010 flood clean up and recovery efforts, including leading a team of 20 volunteers through Hands On Nashville.
Jennifer began working with her husband Brian in 2012, when his rapidly growing business had created a need for additional support. As Brian’s administrative assistant and marketing specialist, Jennifer focuses on the design and distribution of various marketing materials for his seller clients’ listings, and oversees client communications and new client prospecting. Jennifer holds a B.A. in Communications from Washington State University, and previously served for over 20 years as Director of Investor Relations for a real estate investment firm, managing the syndication of investments in large-scale tracts of land in California, Texas, and Arizona. She and Brian are the parents of three daughters, age 14, 11 and 11. Jennifer enjoys performing in community theatre, scrapbooking, reading, and working in her vegetable garden.
Diane K. Mann

Diane is originally from the Pacific Northwest and earned her B.S. degree from Washington State University in 1980. After teaching High School English and coaching volleyball, basketball and track for several years, Diane relocated to Tennessee in 1995. She finished her paralegal training at Southeastern Paralegal Institute in 1996 and began work at Realty Title in Brentwood in 1997 in the real estate closing and title industry. She joined Wilkins & Ivey in 2012. In her spare time, she plays on a National Qualifying Senior Olympic Volleyball team, dances and enjoys reading and singing. Married to David Mann, she is the mother of four grown children.
